Known issues on the 2023 Durango. Of 3 recalls tied to the 2023 Durango, one applied to certain Pursuit vehicles fitted with a dash-mounted shifter, it could catch on its boot and slip out of gear while driving, cutting drive power; 125 vehicles were covered, and dealers fitted a new boot. In certain 2023 Durango vehicles, the rear spoiler might not sit in line with the roof, so opening the liftgate could damage it until it might come loose on the road; dealers inspected the spoiler and, where needed, repaired or replaced it and aligned the liftgate. Owners registered 36 complaints, with exterior lighting at 12 and the electrical system and power train at 9 each; 2 reported a crash. Transmission procedures and body specifications apply.
