Known issues on the 2021 911. Six recalls are on federal record for this model year. Suspension components that weren't tightened correctly can loosen and detach, causing a sudden loss of vehicle stability and control. The rear seat belt automatic locking retractors may deactivate early, leaving a child restraint system unsecured. An incorrectly installed front passenger seat can trigger an Occupant Classification System malfunction that affects the passenger air bag. The front windshield and rear window may not be properly secured and can detach, so they fail to support the front air bags as intended during deployment. The center lock wheel bolt may fracture, letting a wheel detach and causing a loss of vehicle control. And the rearview camera image may not display when the vehicle is placed in reverse, cutting the driver's view behind the car. No complaints are logged for the year.
