The first covers the rear seat belts: the automatic locking retractors can deactivate early, preventing a child restraint system from securing properly. The second covers the tires: rear axle misalignment following an earlier recall repair can cause premature or uneven tire wear, increasing the risk of a crash. The third covers the tail light wiring harness, which can be missing anti-abrasion protection near the spare wheel well, so a rear crash may damage the wires, disable the outside door releases, and knock out the hazard lights. The fourth covers the rear axle, where a trailing-arm lock nut can break from stress corrosion and misalign the axle, causing a loss of control. The fifth covers the backup camera display, where a software issue can leave the screen blank in reverse, reducing rear visibility.
