This factory service and repair manual for the 2019 Chevrolet Express Cargo is written around a pair of overhead-valve, naturally aspirated engines — the 6.0L V8 of 364 cubic inches on flex-fuel and the 4.3L V6 of 262 cubic inches on gasoline — and two bodies, the two-door cutaway and the four-door standard cargo van, offered as Ambulancia and LS. Known issues on the 2019 Express Cargo. Eight complaints are logged with NHTSA for the 2019 van, four of them on the power train, two on service brakes and one on air bags. Power train coverage is the deepest part of this manual: transmission service and overhaul, torque converter and shift diagnostics, propeller shaft and rear axle procedures, all with clearances and torque values. The brake sections give hydraulic and friction specifications and the correct bleeding order, and the restraint chapters cover air bag component locations, harness routing and diagnostic checks.
