2012 Chevrolet Express Cargo Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2012 Chevrolet Express Cargo splits its chassis coverage between two shapes — a four-door standard cargo van and a two-door cutaway — and gives both the same pair of engines: a 6.0L V8 of 364 cubic inches and a 4.3L V6 of 262 cubic inches, each overhead-valve, naturally aspirated and running on gasoline. Base is the only trim listed, which keeps the wiring diagrams and equipment specifications short of variants and easy to follow front to back.

Known issues on the 2012 Express Cargo. Thirteen owner complaints are on record at NHTSA for this year, and no single system dominates: two name the electrical system, two the fuel and propulsion system and two the steering. The manual treats each in its own section. Circuit diagnosis comes with full wiring diagrams and connector views; fuel delivery is covered from tank and pump through to the injection hardware on both the V6 and the V8, with the pressure specifications a technician needs; and the steering material carries gear, pump, linkage and alignment procedures with their torque values.
