2016 Porsche Panamera Service and Repair Manual
This service and repair manual is tied to the 2016 Porsche Panamera specifically, down to the year, the trim and the engine code stamped on your car, whether that is the 3.6L V6 (CWAA), the turbocharged 4.8L V8 (CWCA) or the supercharged 3.0L V6 plug-in hybrid (CGFA), so each specification and tightening sequence it lists is what Porsche published for that combination rather than a figure carried across from another Panamera year.

Known issues on the 2016 Panamera. Four recalls are on federal record for this model year. The first concerns the bushing that attaches the gear selector lever: if the vehicle is exited without the transmission being in Park and without the parking brake being applied, the vehicle may unexpectedly move, increasing the risk of a crash. The second covers the air bag control unit, which may have a defective power supply capacitor that can result in air bag deactivation or inadvertent deployment; deactivated air bags increase the risk of injury, and inadvertent deployment increases the risk of a crash. The third is an electrical system fault in which water may enter the A/C blower control unit and cause a short circuit, and an electrical short increases the risk of fire. The fourth covers the low-beam headlights, where the caps over the horizontal adjustment screws are missing and allow the headlights to be improperly adjusted, so they may not illuminate the road properly or may glare oncoming drivers, increasing the risk of a crash. Owners have logged 3 complaints for the year. The factory diagnostic and repair procedures behind each of those systems are here.
From tracing a water-intruded blower control unit to checking headlight aim or working on the shifter mechanism, it holds you to Porsche's own procedure and the correct value for your specific 2016 Panamera.
