Known issues on the 2016 S550. Five recalls name the 2016 S550, and two of them apply only to coupes. Certain 4MATIC coupe versions built between late June 2015 and mid-March 2016 had seat belt extenders that might not retract or could break in a crash, cured with a control unit software update. Certain 4MATIC coupe versions built from early September 2015 to early February 2016 may have had low beams out of adjustment, cutting the driver's view.
