The contact owns a 2016 Lexus LS. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 MPH, the vehicle crashed into the rear end of a commercial truck. During the crash, both the front driver-side and passenger-side air bags failed to deploy. I PURCHASED LEXUS LS460 AWD 2016 IN 01/2017. FEW MONTHS AGO THE NOISE LEVEL IN THE CABIN BECAME TOO LOUD EVEN TO HEAR THE RADIO. On march 17, 2022, I purchased 4-Michelin CrossClimate2 car tires (245/45R19/XL 102V) for my Lexus LS460. From the attached photos you can see how soft the rubber is as tested with a Durometer Meter reading of 54 compared to 64.5 Meter on the replaced Michelin Radial MXV.4 tire. Never had a single problem with the MXV.4 tires. Those tires came with the Lexus and had a hard rubber ridge just above the rim which protects these tires from damage. Electronic Power Steering System Failure. Currently at Dealership for repair. Loss of steering while driving could have caused serious harm.
