This factory service and repair manual for the 2014 Ford Police Interceptor Utility is written for the four-door sport utility in Base trim, the only trim offered, with two DOHC V6 engines: the naturally aspirated 3.7L of 227 cubic inches and the turbocharged 3.5L of 213 cubic inches, both on gasoline. Known issues on the 2014 Police Interceptor Utility. Six recalls stand on federal record for the 2014 Utility, and four of them involve the rear suspension, including one because the toe links may fracture due to stress on the rear suspension. The A-pillar trim retention clips, which may not be properly engaged and can let the trim detach, and an axle shaft support bracket account for the rest.
