2008 Chevrolet Uplander Service and Repair Manual

Known issues on the 2008 Uplander. One recall stands on the federal record, and it applies to mobility-converted vans: a trailing arm modification that may not have been welded adequately can wear its bushings, fracture, and let the rear axle separate partly from the chassis.
