Known issues on the 2006 Uplander. Four recalls are recorded. One covers a replacement steering knuckle that can fracture in the hub area and cost the driver steering control without warning. Another covers a rear trailing arm modification left inadequately welded on converted vans, which can wear its bushings, fracture and part the rear axle from the chassis. Two others concern tire and loading labels that were missing or misprinted, so the van could be run on the wrong rims or overloaded. Complaints reach 158 — electrical 30, steering 26, structure 20.
