Known issues on the 2007 Milan. Five recalls are on record. Degraded inflator propellant, the product of long exposure to heat and humidity, can make the driver's air bag inflator explode and send metal fragments into the cabin, and two further recalls cover that rupture risk on the passenger inflator. Anti-lock brake hydraulic control unit valves can react with certain brake fluids and stop closing properly, so more pedal travel is needed to stop the car. A loose accessory floor mat can trap the accelerator open. Complaints reach 434, with 226 on air bags and 113 on the brakes.
