2006 Chevrolet C8500 Service and Repair Manual

Known issues on the 2006 C8500. One recall is on the federal record for this model year. It concerns an air brake valve whose internal check valve may not seat properly; air leaking past it can delay the spring brakes from applying once the dash button is pulled, and a truck that appears parked may roll. The single owner complaint logged with NHTSA falls under engine and engine cooling.
