1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 1997 Plymouth Grand Voyager covers three-door and four-door mini passenger vans in Base, LE and SE trims. Known issues on the 1997 Grand Voyager. Four recalls are recorded for the 1997 Grand Voyager. Certain 1997 Grand Voyager vans running a particular size of Goodyear Conquest tire on steel wheels could lose air suddenly and without warning, threatening control, so dealers replaced those tires. On certain vans with either overhead-valve V6, fuel rail O-rings could deteriorate and leak fuel near the engine; a supplementary seal was added. Certain vans also may have had a clockspring wound incorrectly at assembly. The 261 owner complaints center on power train (49), air bags (47) and engine and engine cooling (46); 16 reported a crash, 15 a fire, 12 an injury and 2 a death.
