1994 Ford LTS9000 Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 1994 Ford LTS9000 has eight diesel engines on its list, shared by the medium conventional tractor and straight truck in Base trim. Four turbocharged inline-sixes are offered at 10.0L, 14.6L, 10.8L and 14.0L, the 11.1L and 12.7L inline-sixes are turbocharged and aftercooled, and the 10.5L and 10.3L six-cylinders run unboosted. At that breadth the value of the manual lies in its separation of specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics engine by engine.

Known issues on the 1994 LTS9000. There are no recalls on the federal record for the 1994 LTS9000, and no owner complaints have reached NHTSA. Everything useful in the manual is therefore maintenance and repair content rather than campaign work: fuel and injection procedures for eight diesels, turbocharger and aftercooler service where fitted, cooling and lubrication specifications, torque values for engine assembly, and wiring diagrams to read against the diagnostic steps.
