2026 Ford Bronco Sport Service and Repair Manual

Ford trimmed the Bronco Sport to four versions for 2026, retiring Free Wheeling and making the Sasquatch package available on Outer Banks as well as Badlands. This factory service and repair manual covers Big Bend, Heritage, Outer Banks and Badlands four-door sport utility models. The 1.5L turbocharged inline-three powers most trims, and the 2.0L turbocharged four with the advanced twin-clutch 4x4 remains exclusive to Badlands, although Sasquatch-equipped Outer Banks models share that driveline. Since hardware now crosses trim lines, year-specific procedures, specifications, torque values and wiring diagrams avoid costly mix-ups.

Known issues on the 2026 Bronco Sport. Six recalls are on federal record. They include: the instrument panel cluster may fail at startup; the front passenger occupant classification sensor may misread who is in the seat; the engine block heater on 1.5L and 2.0L engines can overheat while plugged in; front lower control arm ball joints may have been installed incorrectly, letting the arm separate from the knuckle.
