The 2025 Bronco Sport received its mid-cycle update, bringing a redesigned cabin with a 13.2-inch touchscreen across the range. Known issues on the 2025 Bronco Sport. Seven recalls are on federal record. They include: the instrument panel cluster may not illuminate at startup or while driving; the engine block heater on 1.5L and 2.0L engines can overheat; improperly made cylinder heads can let the ball plugs fail and leak oil; the instrument panel cluster may fail at startup.
