2025 Ford Bronco Service and Repair Manual

Ford pared the Bronco lineup for 2025: Wildtrak, Everglades, Black Diamond and Heritage Limited Edition were dropped, the Base trim returned, and the two-door Stroppe Edition arrived as a Baja-inspired special. This service and repair manual covers Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Badlands, Heritage Edition, Stroppe Edition and Raptor on two-door and four-door bodies, with the 2.3L turbocharged four, the 2.7L twin-turbo V6 and the Raptor's 3.0L twin-turbo V6. Known issues on the 2025 Bronco. Nineteen recalls are on federal record. They include: the front upper control arm ball joint nut may be loose or missing, letting the arm detach from the knuckle; an incorrectly machined transmission valve body can cause reverse gear failure or unexpected movement in reverse or neutral; a further front upper ball joint fastener campaign covers nuts that may be missing or under-torqued; front lower control arm fasteners may not have been tightened, allowing the arm to detach from the frame. The other fifteen involve the EGR valve, the instrument cluster, the rearview camera module, windshield bonding, fender flares, seat and seat-frame bolts, the passenger air bag vent, a rear child lock, a transmission-to-transfer-case joint, an engine wiring harness, engine failure and repeat brake booster and ball joint campaigns. Several of these touch front suspension fasteners and powertrain parts, so the torque specifications and removal procedures in this manual are directly relevant.
