The first covers the front passenger air bag occupant classification sensor: a loose electrical connection in the seat's occupant detection system can deactivate the front passenger air bag, so it will not deploy in a crash. The second covers the rearview camera software: an error in the camera control unit at startup can keep the rearview image from displaying, cutting the driver's rear visibility.
