Known issues on the 2022 Sprinter 3500XD. Six recalls appear against the 2022 Sprinter 3500 models, the wider line this van falls under. For certain 2022 Sprinter 3500 models fitted with power-adjusted swivel seats up front, the seat harnesses may have been routed wrongly and damaged, keeping the front side air bags from deploying properly. Certain vans in the line may start up with a blank instrument cluster, and certain others have windows and lashing rails weakened by a paint formula that did not bond.
