2022 Kia Forte5 Service and Repair Manual
The 2022 Forte5 carries its own year-specific Kia specifications, and those are the figures this factory service and repair manual is written to: the values and sequences are the ones Kia issued for this model year and for the engines and trims listed below, not a near match borrowed from another year of the model.

Known issues on the 2022 Forte5. One recall is on federal record for this model year, campaign 22V304000, and it concerns the steering column: on certain 2021-2022 Rio and Forte vehicles, a bolt in the steering column may not be secured properly, which can cause the steering column to detach — and loss of steering control can increase the risk of a crash. Owners have filed 37 complaints for the year, and Kia has issued no technical service bulletins against it. The factory diagnostic and repair procedures behind that steering system are here.
From inspecting the steering column hardware named in that recall to scheduled work on either the 1.6L turbocharged or the 2.0L naturally aspirated four, it keeps your 2022 Forte5 on Kia's own procedure and the correct specification.
