2021 Ford F-600 Super Duty Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2021 Ford F-600 Super Duty is written for the two-door conventional chassis cab in Base trim with a choice of two engines: the 6.7L V8 turbo diesel, an overhead valve engine of 406 cubic inches, and the 7.3L V8 gasoline engine, overhead valve and naturally aspirated at 445 cubic inches. One trim and two engines set the scope, and the procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics cover each driveline with the diesel fuel system, wheel hubs and camera wiring getting the attention this year's recall record calls for.

Known issues on the 2021 F-600 Super Duty. Five recalls are on federal record for the 2021 F-600 Super Duty, three of them on the 6.7L diesel fuel system: a void in the secondary fuel filter cap can grow into a leak, and biodiesel deposits can fail the high pressure fuel pump, which was recalled a second time after incorrect repairs. Front hub extenders may also be improperly attached, and the rearview camera can show a blank or distorted image. Owners have logged two complaints with NHTSA, both filed under fuel and propulsion. The manual's diesel fuel procedures, hub torque values and camera wiring diagrams cover those areas.
