BRAKE ACTIVATED AND AT A COMPLETE STOP, THEN THE CAR STARTED MOVING FROM A COMPLETE STOP WHILE FOOT IS ALL THE WAY ON THE BRAKE. CAR DID NOT REGISTER SPEED AT THIS TIME.

ON DECEMBER 23, 2020 I WAS DRIVING APRX 30 MPH. I BREAK TO GO OVER A TRAIN TRACK BRINGING MY SPEED TO ROUGHLY 20MPH. I HEARD A NOISE THAT SOUNDED LIKE METAL BUT I FIGURED IT WAS FROM THE TRAIN TRACKS.
