Known issues on the 2017 GLC300. Of 12 recalls for the 2017 GLC300, one small campaign involved certain vehicles whose communication module may have been switched off by mistake during a service visit, silencing the emergency call function; dealers checked and reactivated it. Two others dealt with rear outboard seat belt latch plates on certain vehicles that could retract behind the trim panels and become unusable. The engine draws 38 of the model's 107 complaints, ahead of fuel and propulsion at 15 and electrical at 14, and 5 complaints reported a crash, 3 a fire and 3 an injury.
