Known issues on the 2016 Metris. The federal record holds 13 recalls for the 2016 Metris. On certain vans, the tire and loading label gave the wrong combined load capacity, so an owner could overload the tires; dealers fitted corrected labels. Certain vans had a brake fluid reservoir mounted in a way that let it come loose and leak. On certain others, the backup battery bay under the front passenger seat lacked a cover, so dropped metal could short the terminals and start a fire.
