The first covers the fuel pump: the service cover can contact the filter flange's flow nozzle, potentially cracking it and allowing fuel to leak, which raises the risk of fire near an ignition source. The second covers the brake booster, which on some vehicles built March 6 to April 26, 2014 was damaged during installation; a resulting drop in vacuum reduces brake force boost and increases the risk of a crash.
