Known issues on the 2015 Transit-350 HD. Eight recalls are on federal record for this model year, and most arrive through upfitters. One concerns a front driveshaft universal joint that can fail on vans converted to an electric hybrid system, letting the shaft detach. Another concerns water entering the trailer tow module and corroding its wiring, which can flash the turn signals, blank the instrument cluster or start a fire. A third concerns foldaway seat backs that may not lock when raised.
