Known issues on the 2013 C350. NHTSA records six recalls against the 2013 C350. The most serious mechanical one covered 168 certain vehicles whose steering coupling bolt may not have been tightened enough, risking a loss of steering; dealers check and torque the bolt. Certain vehicles had emergency call software that could report the wrong date and time and so pass on an inaccurate location. Certain coupe versions of the 2013 C350 were recalled for a passenger air bag that may have been the wrong part after a prior repair.
