Known issues on the 2012 Routan. One recall is recorded for the 2012 Routan: certain 2012 Routan vans built during a short production window may have received a right rear hub and bearing assembly that was never fully machined, which could wear early and let the wheel separate. The campaign covered 15 vehicles, and dealers replaced the assembly. Owners filed 63 complaints, 39 on the electrical system and 21 on the engine; 1 complaint reported a crash and 2 an injury.
