Known issues on the 2011 GLK350. NHTSA records four recalls for this year. In certain vehicles built from April to July 2011, a molding flaw could let the fuel filter flange crack in high heat and leak fuel, a fire risk once an ignition source is present; dealers replace the filter. The other three target air bag inflators that could rupture: the driver's front unit on certain vehicles, and the passenger front unit on certain vehicles sold or ever registered in a designated group of states and territories.
