Known issues on the 2009 ML320. NHTSA lists three recalls for the 2009 ML320 itself. Two cover certain vehicles in which moisture could corrode the brake booster housing, and owners were told not to drive them until the booster was checked; the third covers certain vehicles whose driver frontal air bag inflator could burst in a crash and throw metal fragments, fixed with a new air bag module.
