2007 Suzuki XL-7 Service and Repair Manual

An all-new XL7 launched for 2007, built with General Motors at CAMI in Ontario on the Theta platform shared with the Chevrolet Equinox and Pontiac Torrent, but stretched to add a third row the GM twins never had. It used the 252-hp 3.6L N36A V6, a GM high-feature engine, with a five-speed automatic and front- or all-wheel drive. Almost nothing carries over from the 2006, so this factory service and repair manual is dedicated to 2007: procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams, diagnostics and maintenance schedules.

Known issues on the 2007 XL-7. Two recalls are on federal record. Some vehicles may have had the windshield installed with an incorrect primer, so it may not be retained in a crash, and vehicles built June 13 through December 22, 2006 and sold or registered in Arizona, California, Nevada or Texas may have a fuel pump module whose plastic supply or return port can crack and leak fuel. One hundred thirty-eight owner complaints are logged with NHTSA, led by air bag and steering reports.
