2003 Suzuki XL-7 Service and Repair Manual

By 2003 the Grand Vitara XL-7 was in its third season, still pairing a ladder frame with the 2.7L H27A V6 and offering seven seats in a compact footprint. Touring and Limited trims covered the range, with rear- or four-wheel drive and a manual or automatic transmission. Known issues on the 2003 XL-7. Five recalls are on federal record. Some windshields may not be securely bonded; the ignition wiring harness routed under the intake manifold can chafe, blow the ignition fuse and stall the engine; the accelerator cable casing cap can crack and let the cable stick; the fuel pressure regulator can freeze in extreme cold and leak fuel; and a fifth campaign covers front brake discs that may break on steep descents with 16-inch wheels.
