2005 Suzuki XL-7 Service and Repair Manual

Few changes separated the 2005 XL-7 from the previous year: LX and EX trims returned with five or seven seats, the 185-hp 2.7L H27A V6 continued, and buyers again chose rear- or four-wheel drive. Known issues on the 2005 XL-7. Two recalls are on federal record. The front brake discs on vehicles with 16-inch wheels may break under sustained braking on very steep grades, and the drive belt tension adjuster pulley for the power steering pump and air conditioning compressor has a plastic outer portion that can break apart and throw the belt, making steering heavy.
