Known issues on the 2007 Optra. One recall is on the federal record for this model year. It covers front seat belt buckles assembled with a faulty ultrasonic weld: a rib inside the buckle undercover can break off and stay in the mechanism, and once it does, the tongue may not enter the buckle or may not hold, so the belt cannot be used at all. A single owner complaint is on record, on the power train. Buckle and retractor service, along with transmission and driveline procedures and their torque values, are all set out here.
