2003 Ford E-350 Club Wagon Service and Repair Manual
This factory service and repair manual for the 2003 Ford E-350 Club Wagon spans three very different engines: the 6.8L SOHC V10, the 7.3L OHV turbocharged diesel V8 and the 5.4L SOHC V8 built for CNG or gasoline. Three passenger bodies are covered, two of them two-door vans in standard and extended lengths and the third a three-door standard van, in Chateau, XL and XLT trim. Turbocharging, natural gas fueling and a ten-cylinder gasoline engine each bring their own systems, and the manual gives procedures, specifications, torque values, wiring diagrams and diagnostics for all of them.

Known issues on the 2003 E-350 Club Wagon. Owners of the 2003 wagon have four recalls to check against their vehicle. One concerns cutaway chassis cabs ordered with the school bus option, delivered without two brackets and two outrigger members near the fuel tank. Another is Ford's speed control fuse campaign, which left the fuse in the output circuit instead of the power feed. Two more cover aftermarket corner and bumper lamp assemblies that do not conform to federal lighting standards. Owners have logged 215 complaints with NHTSA, clustering on engine cooling, the electrical system and the fuel system. Cooling, charging and fuel diagnostics with their wiring diagrams are all part of this manual.
