Known issues on the 2003 E-150 Club Wagon. Four recalls sit on the federal record for this wagon. Two concern aftermarket combination corner and bumper lamps that did not meet federal lighting requirements, one concerns a cruise control fuse placed in the output circuit rather than the power feed, and one concerns missing fuel tank brackets and outriggers on the school bus chassis option. Owners have filed 215 complaints with NHTSA, concentrated on engine and engine cooling, the electrical system and the fuel system.
