One addressed certain 1997 Talon vehicles whose passenger seat back had a headrest guide bracket welded poorly, so the headrest support could break and raise the risk of injury; it covered 1,083 vehicles, and dealers fitted a new passenger seat back. Another covered certain vehicles whose transfer case could lock up when starved of lubricant, threatening vehicle control.
