SHERRY DESIGNS WILL PROVIDE AN ATTACHABLE HEADREST FOR THE DEALER OR CUSTOMER TO ADD TO THE SEATS.

REPLACED MASTER CYLINDER. *AK
THE A-FRAME ASSEMBLY ROTTED OUT AT CONNECTION TO THE MAIN FRAME. THE MAIN FRAME HAD NO VISIBLE ROTTING. *AK CHRYSLER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN IN SALTY AREAS. THERE WAS NO RUST IN THE VAN.
FUEL TANK HAS PREMATURELY DEVELOPED STRESS CRACKS, CAUSING FUEL LEAKAGE. PLEASE GIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
A STRESS CRACK IN FUEL TANK CAUSED A FUEL LEAK. VAN WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP. PART WAS ORDERED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. FUEL TANK WILL BE REPLACED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTH
