Known issues on the 1990 G3500. The 1990 G3500 shows a clean federal record, with no recalls and no owner complaints registered at NHTSA. That leaves the manual to the plain business of repair: engine specifications and procedures across the V6, both gasoline V8s and the 6.2L diesel, torque values for the driveline, brakes and suspension, wiring diagrams for the van and cutaway bodies, and diagnostics for each system. On a cutaway chassis in particular, having those figures gathered in one place is most of the value.
