Known issues on the 2025 Maverick. Twelve recalls are on federal record for this model year. Among them, the engine block heater on 2.0L trucks may overheat while plugged in (two campaigns), the electric brake booster control unit can overheat and cut stability control or brake assist, and the integrated park module may fail to lock into park.
