Known issues on the 2023 G80. The federal record carries four recalls for this year. One has front seat belt pretensioners rupturing as they fire and spraying metal fragments through the cabin. Two are fuel matters: a pump that can fail and cost the car its drive power, and a leak where the fuel pipe joins the fuel rail. The last is a software fault that can blank the instrument panel display, taking the speedometer and warning lamps with it. Nine complaints are logged, 3 on fuel, 2 on the electrical system and 1 on wheels.
