Known issues on the 2021 GLE580. The federal record lists seven recalls for the 2021 GLE580. On certain vehicles the 48-volt ground point beneath the passenger seat could be left loose, letting the connection run hot enough to create a fire risk; dealers check and tighten it. Certain examples also received a new fuel pump because the original could cut out and take drive power with it, and on certain vehicles the tailgate glass was not bonded well enough and could come away.
