The rear seat belt automatic locking retractors can deactivate early, preventing a child restraint system from securing properly and increasing the risk of injury during a crash. A rear axle alignment check tied to an earlier recall may not have been performed, and the resulting misalignment can cause premature or uneven tire wear, increasing the risk of a crash. A passenger air bag with an incorrectly manufactured score line may not deploy properly and can eject plastic debris into the passenger compartment, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
