Known issues on the 2018 LaCrosse. Three recalls apply to the 2018 LaCrosse. On certain 2018 LaCrosse vehicles, the endcap on the start-stop transmission accumulator could be missing bolts, letting transmission fluid leak with a risk of lost propulsion or fire; dealers inspected the accumulator and, where needed, replaced it. Rear braking was the subject of another: the rear caliper pistons of certain 2018 LaCrosse vehicles might have an inadequate coating that could let gas pockets form, cured by bleeding the brakes. The third found that the high-pressure fuel pump on certain 2018 LaCrosse vehicles could break from its mounting flange and damage the fuel line.
