Known issues on the 2009 LaCrosse. Two recalls are recorded for the 2009 LaCrosse. The first concerns certain 2009 LaCrosse vehicles in which the headlamp driver module could run too hot and fail, taking the headlamps and daytime running lamps with it; dealers installed a new module. The second covers certain 2009 LaCrosse vehicles whose ignition could slip out of run under a heavy key ring or a jolt, shutting down the engine and power assists and potentially the air bags; the remedy was revised key rings with a slot insert or head cover. Of 106 complaints, exterior lighting leads with 47 and the electrical system follows with 31; 4 complaints reported a fire.
