The 2018 Acura NSX was built in a single configuration: one powertrain, the 3.5L turbocharged V6 full hybrid (EV-gas), and one trim, the Base Coupe 2-Door. This service and repair manual is matched to that exact year and build, so the specifications and procedures are the correct ones for your car.

Known issues on the 2018 NSX. Two recalls are on federal record for this model year, and both concern the same part: the gasoline fuel-system fuel pump. Under 20V314000, a fuel pump that fails can stall the engine while driving, increasing the risk of a crash; 23V858000 covers the same fuel pump failure and the same stall-and-crash risk. No owner complaints are on file for the year, and Acura has issued 40 technical service bulletins. The factory diagnostic and repair procedures behind those systems are the ones reproduced here.
From a scheduled service interval to a fuel-delivery diagnosis or a hybrid-system fault trace, it keeps you on the OEM procedure and the correct specification for your specific 2018 NSX.
