One covered certain 2017 CC vehicles that had been in internal use and were sold without confirmation that they met federal safety standards; the company repurchased them. Certain cars were also recalled because incorrect front head restraints may have been fitted, and because the driver's air bag inflator could rupture from excess pressure.
