Known issues on the 2016 S. The 2016 S has 10 recalls on the federal record, and software that steers and brakes the car sits behind some of them. Certain cars equipped with Full Self-Driving Beta, or waiting to receive it, could go straight from a turn-only lane, skip a full stop at a stop sign or push through a yellow light.
