2014 Subaru WRX STI Service and Repair Manual

This factory service and repair manual for the 2014 Subaru WRX STI spans three trims, Base, Sport-tech and the Tsurugi Edition, sold as a 4-door sedan or a 4-door hatchback. Known issues on the 2014 WRX STI. Two recalls are recorded for the 2014 WRX STI, and both trace back to a gap in the fuel tank protector. Certain vehicles registered, currently or formerly, in certain salt-belt states could have salt water splash through that gap onto the brake lines, and the resulting corrosion might leak fluid and stretch the distance needed to stop. Dealers leak-tested the system, replaced lines where needed and treated them with anti-corrosion wax, and a second campaign waxed the four-way joint area on certain previously repaired cars.
